NEW MODIFICATIONS OF DETECTORS «PRISMA» AND «IMPULSE-MINI»

Installation and maintenance of perimeter detectors - is not easy. It’s cold in winter and hot in summer. Often we have to work under the rain or the snow, «pull up» screws connectors wire of communication cables, and as finer work, the more difficult it is to perform. It is more difficult to check the work of detectors established high, for example, in the upper part of the boom. One operator comes out to «climb» on stairs the stairs and cross the detection area, portraying the infringer, and the second «climb» on the stairs for control signals and interference on the receiving unit.

SPC ‘Omega-microdesign’ continually working to improve the design of the detectors, maintainability and ease interblock switching. Installed in blocks screwless ultra-clamp connectors not only facilitate the process of re-connect the wires, but also allow to do without periodic «lifting» plug-struction of screws in the offseason. However, when a large number of connection points are still not able to prevent connection errors, the impact of «the notorious human factor». Moreover, differences in the connection of different modifications of the detector also do not promote reduction of number of claims errors. Therefore an important challenge of the maximum use of Gruppo-out connectors. From 2014, our company starts production of modifications detectors «prisma» and «Impulse-mini», which have a built-in blocks cables, terminating not separate conductors, and bayonet demountable connectors that allows you to significantly speed up the work on installation, configuration and maintenance, as well as to avoid errors while connecting.

The structure of the data detectors, in addition to transmitting (BPRD) and receiving (BPRM) blocks, necessarily are connecting blocks BD-NR and BM-NR with built-in connectors.

Unit DB-NR will only connect to power supply «+Usupply /- Usupply» and, if the work of the detector has a strong influence neighboring detector, such as when a parallel mouth-environment, it still connects to the wire synchronization «SU» from BPRM. Connection of preparation are using less of high reliability clamp connectors that are located under the over-rights cover on the front panel. Structurally, the block is made in die-cast aluminium casing-CE with degree of protection IP 65.

Built-in BPRD the cable is protected metal hose and connects to the DB-NR by the bayonet connector. Bayonet coupling, unlike threaded, provides ease of whom mutations in any weather.

 

Block BM-NR different from a BD-NR fact that on an obverse surface there are additional screwless terminals for connection of wire loop alarm systems (SHS) and remote monitoring of health (DK), a pair of clamps RШС are intended for connection of control resistor, the designated receiving and controlling device. Besides on the front panel are two control switch. One switch «Sync» has two of the «Wire» and «R-beam» that define the kind of synchronization BPRD and BPRM a dedicated line or on the radio beam, and the second «ZO» - » allows you to quickly change the width of the detection area«»/«¬®« (already/wider) by selecting the corresponding algorithm of signal processing. Built-in BPRM cable is also protected by the metal hose and connects to the BM-NR by the bayonet connector.

For convenience of installation of blocks at the turn of the protection offered special metal posts, simple or telescopic and various mounting brackets for the wall or fence. Telescopic racks allow you to quickly change the height of the installation, e.g. in case of exceeding of the level of snow cover and telescopic brackets - operatively change the distance from the detection zone axis of the detector prism-2» to the barricades to select the desired width of the detection zone. The standard length of the built-in BPRM and BPRD cables equal to 1 m, but when ordering, you may choose the length of the given cables or possible displacements by changing the length of telescopic bracket or racks.

And with the mouth-plant BPRM on perpendicular to the axis of the detection zone obstacles or walls of buildings, to see something and run enterprising installers use a mirror. It is implemented in modifications «Prisma-1/... NR3» and «Prisma-2/... NR3», which differ from the «Prisma -NR» the fact that on the front panel connection block BM-NR3 added bodies adjustment and indication. Thus, unlike other modifications, they are absent in вack side of the BPRM. Check and adjust the detector now is not too difficult, there is no need to walk with a staircase or a mirror.

The data detectors practically has not changed. This is a General Block connection and control of psychiatry (MCR), foster (BPRM) and transmission (BPRD) blocks the two flank. Differences concluded in changing the design of the MCR, the bottom of which there are two integrated connector with BPRM, and all organs of settings and connections, unlike the previous design, assembled on one-sided bezel. Built-in BPRM cable ends are not separate Pro-water managers, and a BNC plug connector. Structurally, BPS is made in die-cast aluminium casing with protection degree IP 65.

Also there are produced circuit and software improvements in these detectors, wich allowed improve the work. Minimum allowable length of the flanks reduced from 25 m to 5 m, which provides the ability to control short sections, and increased the brightness of the led indicators - easy setup and checking.

In conclusion I would like to add that the SPC ‘Omega-microdesign’ does not stop working on further improvement of the manufactured products and in the nearest future there will be new modifications of junction boxes, power supplies, fastening units and other products, ensure obtain quality and reliability of installation and operation.
